croissants (partea a II-a) – Proiect in desfasurare
Croissants cu maia – Sourdough Croissants
Inca in faza de teaser pentru voi, si de test pentru mine... Nu va amagesc, va veni si vremea retetei, dar inainte de a o publica, vreau sa mai experimentez putin... asa ca... aveti rabdare cu mine, ca veti primi lucruri bune. Pentru moment va ofer cateva poze din tura a doua de croissants.

    Salome, a big thank you! I admire every one of those talented bakers, and it’s a joy to find myself among them! It looks like we have the same taste, cause your selections are very close to what I would select. With all those beautiful breads out there, it’s hard to pick just a few, so I really appreciate that you included my among your favorites.

  • Mmm… ce pofta mi-ai facut.
    Am facut si eu odata mucenici cu un aluat asa mai delicat, (bine, nu se compara cu corurile astea…) au fost buni, dar nu erea o reteta asa de reusita si nu am mai experimentat.
    Asteptam reteta.
