Brownie Squares

Brownies are one of those cakes where every home has its own recipe, and everyone swears theirs is the best. We like our brownies soft, sticky, dense, with an intense taste of quality chocolate and rich butter.

We love the thin crust that forms on top in the oven and, in contrast, the dark, sticky center. We bake them just the way we know they should be, so they stay moist and soft.

Over time, they’ve become so loved and so classic that we can hardly imagine a week without them on the menu.
