We first made these for last Christmas, and everyone who tasted them came back for more. The combination of roasted walnuts with chocolate, coffee, and a touch of rum makes them truly irresistible.
They’re naturally gluten-free, festive, and they keep very well. In fact, the longer they rest, the more the shells soften slightly and the flavors deepen. We do recommend storing them in the fridge, though.
